The guides and articles describe how things commonly work. The law differs from state to state and changes over time, so do not rely on anything here as advice about your own situation. Speak to an attorney licensed in your state for that.
Attorney reviews
If you choose a review on our form, we pass the details you gave to one independent attorney or law firm that handles vehicle accident claims in your state. That attorney decides for themselves whether to contact you and whether to take your matter. We do not control their advice or their fees, and any arrangement you make is between you and them.
We do not promise that any attorney will contact you, accept your matter or achieve any result.
Using the forms
Use the forms only for yourself, or for someone who has asked you to write for them, and give accurate details. We refuse submissions sent by software, in bulk or under a false name, and may block where they come from.
Text messages
We run two text programmes, each with its own consent box: request updates (confirmation, replies and status updates about a request you sent us) and marketing (reminders of what to gather after a crash, new guides and news about our service). For each, message frequency varies; you should expect no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. The SMS terms and Privacy policy set out the rest.
