What we collect
From the forms: your name, email address, mobile number if you give one, the state and kind of crash, its date if you give it, whether anyone was hurt, what you wrote about it, and whether you asked a question or asked for a review.
If you sign up for texts: the consent wording you ticked, the page it was on, the time, and the internet address the form was sent from.
Why we use it
To answer your question, to pass your request to an attorney when you ask for a review, and, if you signed up, to send text updates.
The text consent record is kept so we can show a carrier, if asked, that you agreed to our messages, and for no other purpose.
Who sees it
Our own staff, and the companies that run our hosting, email and text delivery, who handle it only to provide those services to us.
If, and only if, you choose a review on the form: one independent attorney or law firm that handles vehicle accident claims in the state you named receives the details on that form. If you ask a question instead, nothing is passed on.
Your personal information will not be sold or leased to any third party.
Your mobile information will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
Questions and requests for two years after we last heard from you. Text consent records for four years, the period in which a carrier may ask for them.
Your choices
Write to info@crashnext.com or call (719) 701-8266 to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop any messages. We answer within 30 days.
Reply STOP to any text to end text messages immediately.
Security
Every page is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Forms are checked for where they came from, limited in how often they can be sent, and verified with a short-lived ticket from our server. This website carries no advertising trackers.
